Hey, I'm Tash, and I'm here to transform self-care for girls like us.


I'm not just talking the talk; I've been down in the trenches as a certified counselor, discovering the lifesaving magic of guided meditation while dealing with my anxiety and depression. But, I soon realized that this incredible tool isn't always accessible to Black women due to stigma and misinformation. So, I began to create beginner-friendly meditations to share this amazing gift with women who deserve it the most. My mission is clear – to redefine self-care and uplift Black women by helping them conquer the challenges of motherhood and life - one breath at a time.
